Formal Hazard Assessments

Legislation requires that all employers assess a worksite and identify hazards before work begins. This can be accomplished by developing formal hazard assessments. Here is a link to a FREE handbook on formal hazard assessments developed by the Alberta Government with input from multiple industry leaders including ENFORM. The handbook will also help you understand the difference between formal hazard assessments and site specific hazard assessments.
